C-Section Complication
“C sections”, or Caesarian sections, are sometimes performed if there are delivery complications. C-sections may be performed if the baby is in a breech position, the mother suffers from gestational diabetes, the delivery process takes an extremely long time, or there are problems with the umbilical cord.
Sometimes a C-section is necessary, but others it may pose additional, avoidable risks. Some complications that may arise during a c-section are infection, increased blood loss, a weakened uterine wall, or decreased bowel function. Additionally, women may have a reaction to the anesthesia or develop an infection.
If you have been injured due to a c section complication, you may be entitled to monetary compensation. Please fill out the form below for a free evaluation of your claim by an experienced attorney. There is no cost or obligation for this service.
